Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp White or yellow onion, Finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp Regular salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 c Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6-8 strips Bacon, Cooked until crisp
  • 2-6 Fried Eggs, Over-Easy (Depending on number of desired servings)

Instructions
 

  • Using your hands, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, spices, and Worcestershire sauce into a cohesive mixture.
  • Form into patties and fry or grill the burgers, according to your preferred method and level of doneness.
  • Top with shredded, sharp cheddar cheese and allow to melt.
  • Lastly, top off with a fried egg and serve immediately.
