- 2 lbs Lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp White or yellow onion, Finely diced
- 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp Regular salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 c Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6-8 strips Bacon, Cooked until crisp
- 2-6 Fried Eggs, Over-Easy (Depending on number of desired servings)
Using your hands, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, spices, and Worcestershire sauce into a cohesive mixture.
Form into patties and fry or grill the burgers, according to your preferred method and level of doneness.
Top with shredded, sharp cheddar cheese and allow to melt.
Lastly, top off with a fried egg and serve immediately.
