Bacon, Egg & Cheese Burgers
Ground beef patties topped off with melted cheddar cheese, sizzling, crispy bacon, and a fried egg.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp White or yellow onion, Finely diced
- 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp Regular salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 c Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6-8 strips Bacon, Cooked until crisp
- 2-6 Fried Eggs, Over-Easy (Depending on number of desired servings)
Instructions
- Using your hands, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, spices, and Worcestershire sauce into a cohesive mixture.
- Form into patties and fry or grill the burgers, according to your preferred method and level of doneness.
- Top with shredded, sharp cheddar cheese and allow to melt.
